Description
This purpose-built machine is designed for resistance projection welding of nuts onto sheet metal components. An integrated vibratory bowl feeder automatically orients and supplies nuts to the welding position via a feeding head, eliminating manual handling and ensuring consistent positioning on every cycle. Precise electrode alignment and programmable welding parameters deliver strong, repeatable welds with short cycle times in serial production.
Build quality
The robust steel frame, pneumatic actuation, and integrated control cabinet with programmable welding control are built for continuous industrial operation. Water-cooled electrode holders, an automatic nut feeding system with vibratory bowl, and ergonomic operator controls ensure reliable, productive operation, while integrated safety features guarantee safe everyday use.
