Description
This dedicated machine performs simultaneous double-sided seam welding of oven housings, ensuring continuous, leak-tight seams along both sides in a single pass. Four synchronized welding wheels with individual pneumatic actuation deliver consistent weld quality across the full length of the workpiece, dramatically reducing cycle times compared to single-sided processes.
Build quality
The robust steel frame supports four independent welding heads with their own transformers, copper bus-bar power distribution, and Festo pneumatics. Each head can be precisely aligned to match different oven dimensions, while the integrated current and force monitoring ensures repeatable, high-quality welds. The machine is engineered for demanding serial production of household and industrial oven enclosures.
