Description

This purpose-built machine is designed for resistance seam welding of door profiles. Motor-driven seam wheels produce a continuous, uniform weld along the entire length of the profile, while dedicated guiding and clamping elements keep the workpiece in a repeatable position throughout the welding cycle. The result is consistent weld quality and short cycle times, even in demanding serial production.

Build quality

The robust steel frame, pneumatic actuation, and integrated control cabinet with programmable welding control are built for continuous industrial operation. Water-cooled seam welding heads, an integrated cooling-water distribution system, and a signal tower for machine status ensure reliable operation, while the ergonomic operator controls and safety features guarantee safe and productive everyday use.
