Description
This purpose-built machine is engineered for resistance projection welding of aluminum frame components for the automotive industry. The CNC-controlled welding head travels above a multi-station fixture, executing programmed weld points on each nest with high accuracy and short cycle times. Dedicated tooling holds the aluminum frame and its inserts in repeatable position, ensuring consistent weld quality across the entire assembly.
Build quality
The robust steel portal frame, integrated safety light curtains, and KOČEVAR control system are designed for demanding serial automotive production. Pneumatic clamping, MFDC welding technology, and an HMI touch panel provide reliable operation, full process control, and easy changeover between product variants.
