High-Frequency Micro Welding Inverter
iSpot
High-frequency MFDC inverter (10–15 kHz) for precision micro and small-current resistance welding — available in 0.5 kA, 1 kA, 4 kA and 8 kA classes.

Description
iSpot is engineered for fine resistance welding tasks where current control accuracy in milliamperes and millisecond timing matter most. Operating at 10–15 kHz with a tight current loop, it delivers exceptional repeatability on thin foils, plated terminals, sensor leads and battery cell connections. Four power classes cover everything from sub-amp jewellery work to industrial micro spot welding.
Key Features
- ●10–15 kHz high-frequency inverter for ultra-fast current control
- ●Four power classes: 0.5 kA, 1 kA, 4 kA, 8 kA
- ●Secondary voltage 8.0–10.0 V depending on class
- ●Excellent repeatability on small parts and thin materials
- ●Compact form factor for benchtop and laboratory use
- ●Process monitoring with weld-by-weld traceability
