We send all orders as soon as we receive prepayments by wire transfer to our bank account. For products where the delivery time is longer, is the time specifically indicated in the description and the time indicated is taken into account.

Products ordered from our online store will be delivered via the Pošta Slovenije delivery service and can be picked up at delivery at your address or at the nearest Post Office. The amount of postage depends on the weight of the product.

For products that are not in stock, the delivery time is indicated in the product description.

If you ordered products with different delivery times, you will receive them together in one package when all the products are ready. If you would like to receive separate shipments, write us a comment. In this case, additional shipping costs will be charged.

The Post of Slovenia is the contractual partner for the delivery of parcels. We reserve the right to choose another delivery service if the order is executed more efficiently by doing that.

The Post of Slovenia delivers the shipment in 1 to 3 business days after the shipment. When your order is ready for shipment, you will receive an email or SMS with the delivery information of the package. The message contains all relevant package information as well as a customer support office number. In case you are not at the address given in the order, you will receive the package at your nearest post office.

Note: The above conditions and the cost of packaging and delivery are valid within the Republic of Slovenia.
